About Petit Pois Childcare
Our Story
Welcome to Petit Pois Private Childcare. My name is Khalisha and I am an experienced primary school teacher, registered childminder and proud mother of two, with over ten years of classroom experience.
Combining my professional expertise with the warmth and understanding that comes with motherhood, I have created a nurturing, boutique style setting where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to thrive.
Based in Bradford, Petit Pois Private Childcare offers an exclusive home from home environment designed to provide exceptional care and enriching early learning experiences for your little ones. With intentionally limited numbers, I am able to focus on truly personalised care, ensuring every child receives the attention, support, and encouragement they deserve.
Each day is thoughtfully planned to balance educational exploration, creativity, play, and emotional wellbeing. From sensory activities to early learning literacy to outdoor adventures and imaginative play, our experiences are tailored to spark curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love of learning in every child.
Funded sessions
We accept Government funded hours
At Petit Pois we are pleased to accept a range of government funding options to support families with childcare costs. We offer funded places from 9 months up to 5 years of age, under the UK Government childcare funding scheme for 2026. We also accept Tax Free Childcare payments and childcare voucher schemes where available. Our aim is to provide flexible high-quality early years education in a warm and nurturing environment. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility and how we can help you access the funding available for your child. Holiday club
Spaces available for summer 2026
We are pleased to offer a limited number of spaces in our premium holiday club programme at our crèche.
Designed to provide children with an enriching and enjoyable school holiday experience, our holiday club combines creative activities, supervised play, outdoor experiences, and engaging learning opportunities within a warm, nurturing environment.
Our experienced and dedicated team is committed to delivering the highest standard of care, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and inspired throughout their time with us.
Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain our high-quality environment and personalised approach.
